By running sports events for local young people, these young leaders are encouraged to demonstrate leadership quality, be active citizen in their community and value and promote cross-cultural understanding.

The young leaders in each country plan, organize and deliver sports festival for hundreds of local young people. By running this events the young leaders challenged to:-
